Meet our team
These faces are the heart of our practice
Chris Owens, DVM
Dr. Owens opened Hardeeville Veterinary Clinic in Janary 2011. She has earned a Masters of Zoology from Clemson University, her veterinary degree from the University of Georgia in 2007, and completed an equine internship at Rood and Riddle hospital in Lexington, KY. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters (Tarryn and Tanner), husband, horses, cats, dogs, hamsters and goats. You will often see her daughters (future veterinarians) helping out at the clinic on Saturday mornings.
If you’re looking for someone with a huge heart, look no further. Outside of working at our clinic, her passion is working with rescue organizations and fostering orphans. She is invaluable to our practice.
